Further, MSH INTERNATIONAL realized that the cumbersome process for managing their data internally was eating away at staffs’ productivity and holding them back from providing the best possible customer service. Due to the competitive nature of the insurance industry, MSH INTERNATIONAL recognized that they needed to make their data accessible and usable both internally and for their customer in order to maintain their competitive foothold.

The project consisted of tailoring DECK DecisionWare to the business rules of MSH INTERNATIONAL. The staggered implementation enabled MSH INTERNATIONAL to prioritize their needs and implement functionality accordingly – providing them the freedom to grow the project over time, to rapidly respond to emerging needs, and quickly realize a return on investment.
